Spied : 2010 Honda / Acura NSX

Spy photographers are having a blast this year with the forthcoming Honda / Acura NSX which has been spotted once again in and around the Nurburgring race track in Germany. These pictures that come to us from the folks at Cartribe give us a fuzzy glimpse of the 2010 NSX’s interior which features a F1 Racing Car styled steering wheel.

Despite the fact the NSX test mule’s heavy camouflage doesn’t allow us to see the design details, it’s pretty obvious that Honda’s new supercar looks quite similar to the 2007 Acura Advanced Sports Car Concept. Although it’s no secret that the new NSX will be equipped with a front-mounted V10 engine -as opposed to the first generation NSX’s mid-engine, rear-wheel layout, it remains unclear whether the NSX will get a rear-wheel-drive or an AWD setup. -Continued

2009 Honda Element Facelift: Official Photos

Honda Element Facelift 2009The very first official photos of the revised 2009 Honda Element unceremoniously hit the web today. Expected to hit U.S. dealerships this fall, the 2009 Element obtains Honda’s new corporate grille which was first seen in the redesigned Pilot crossover along with larger, wraparound headlamps and a newly styled front bumper. At the rear-end, the facelifted Element features a new set of tail lamps, a redesigned fifth door with more angular crests and a slightly revised bumper.

The same styling tweaks have also been applied to the sportier 2009 Element SC that stands out thanks to the mild aero-kit and the body-colored moldings. We're not aware of any other changes, so until Honda releases official details on the redesigned Element, enjoy the photo gallery below.

Honda selling strong in Korea

Honda AccordHonda is only inches away from holding the fifth largest market share in the Korean car industry, after Hyundai, Kia, Renault Samsung, and Ssangyong. In June, Honda Korea reported it sold 1,354 units, closely trailing Ssangyong with 1,902 units.

Honda sold 753 units of its most popular model, Accord. This edged out Ssangyong's best-selling car, the Chairman W, which sold 745 units. "In the case of Accord, supply has been short this year. But as the sales in the U.S. market declined, we are now able to meet the demands on time by importing cars assembled in Japan for export to the United States to the Korean market," a Honda Korea executive stated.

Analysts speculate that the Accord is bound to break the 1000/month record, and the 2000 mark for Honda. The latter is a feat no import automaker has achieved in Korea as of now.
