HONDA 3.0 LITRE ENGINE

In creating the 3.0 Litre Engine, Honda set out to combine high power in the high-speed range and ample torque in the mid-to-low speed range with impressive fuel economy & cleaner emissions. With conventional engines such elements never come together. With the inclusion of VTEC (Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control), however all such goals are achieved without compromise by changing the behaviour of the valves to match the needs of the engines.

The new engine brings the 0-to-60-mph time of the crossover down to about 7 seconds, and increases its towing capacity by 1,000 pounds to 3,500 pounds. Along with a five-speed automatic transmission.
